Her work spans nonprofits, entertainment, and hospitality, always with a focus on centering care, representation, and joy. She has worked with organizations like Touching Miami With Love, Overtown Children and Youth Coalition, and Girl Power, as well as entertainment companies like Florida Film House, Seacrest Studios at Arnold Palmer Children’s Hospital, LMG LLC, and BIPOC FilmmakeHERS LLC. Her hospitality experience includes Kafuu Resort in Okinawa, Japan and Designer Greens in Orlando, Florida.

Zykeria currently serves as a Production Assistant at the Urban Film Festival and was a 2025 volunteer at the American Black Film Festival (ABFF). Her storytelling is shaped by her love of travel and her curiosity about people and place. Whether behind the camera or managing the logistics of production, she believes media can be a healing tool and a mirror for possibility when created with care.
